Join our Nature Therapy sessions designed exclusively for Ukrainians, offering a unique opportunity to connect with the natural world while enhancing your well-being.


What is Nature Therapy? Nature therapy, or ecotherapy, is a proven approach that integrates nature into therapeutic practices. It helps improve mental health, boost resilience, and foster a deeper connection with both the environment and oneself. Research shows that spending time in nature can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while promoting physical activity and social inclusion.


What to Expect?🌿 Guided sessions in a peaceful natural setting🌿 Experiential practices for mind-body balance🌿 Self-exploration exercises to continue beyond sessions🌿 A supportive community experience.


Programme Schedule:📅 Thursdays from 5.00 – 6.30pm, starting 24th April24 April, 1st  May, 22 May, 29 May, 5th June, 12 Jun (6 activities for a cohort)
